Radiology Interventional TechnologistLocation: Portland, Oregon, United States Employment Type: Full-Time | Day ShiftThe Radiology Interventional Technologist provides cardiovascular and radiologic care to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the direct supervision of a physician. This role assists physicians during interventional procedures, monitors radiation safety, and supports high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical center environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist physicians during cardiovascular and interventional radiology proceduresProvide radiologic care for the diagnosis and treatment of anatomic and physiologic disordersPrepare patients and equipment for proceduresPerform related duties as assigned in support of procedural workflowsMonitor and maintain radiation safety standards during proceduresFollow departmental, regulatory, and safety protocolsEnsure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical best practicesWork closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teamsDeliver compassionate, patient-focused care throughout proceduresRequired QualificationsGraduation from an accredited school of Radiologic TechnologyOregon Radiographer License (required upon hire)ARRT National Certification (required upon hire)BLS – American Heart Association (required upon hire)Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experiencein a Cardiac Cath Lab or Special Procedures Lab
