Recruiter

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in the Seattle area to identify an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter. This position plays a key role in supporting the company's talent acquisition strategy and will partner closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support for a variety of positions.

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and community-based recruiting channels.

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews while effectively managing complex scheduling needs with candidates and hiring managers.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.

• Identify, assess, and engage qualified candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative recruiting methods.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create competitive offer packages and assist with offer presentation and negotiations.

• Manage job postings and requisitions within the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and a positive candidate experience.

• Support diversity recruiting initiatives and contribute to strategies that enhance workforce inclusion.

• Represent the organization at recruiting events, career fairs, university outreach programs, and community networking opportunities.

• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records, ensuring all recruitment activity is properly documented and tracked.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success managing multiple searches simultaneously.

• Strong direct sourcing and candidate generation experience, including cold calling, networking, and proactive talent pipelining.

• Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates across a variety of channels.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.

• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills, with a track record of making quality hiring recommendations.

• Comfortable learning and navigating new systems, technologies, and recruiting processes.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits Include:

• Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 120 hours a year with an increase after tenure, 9 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave (Washington State). PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year
