Financial Services Recruiter

Location: Miami, Florida

Schedule: Hybrid, four days onsite and one remote day per week

Compensation: Base salary plus commission

MOHR Talent is seeking a driven Financial Services Recruiter to identify and attract professionals across banking, wealth management, investment management, insurance, fintech, and related financial-services organizations.

This role is ideal for an experienced agency recruiter or a performance-driven professional who understands financial services and wants to build a successful recruiting career.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit professionals across banking, wealth management, investment management, insurance, fintech, and financial advisory organizations.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates.
• Evaluate candidates’ experience, qualifications, career objectives, compensation expectations, and motivation.
• Recruit for positions across accounting, finance, operations, compliance, risk, client services, investment support, and leadership.
• Prepare and present qualified candidates professionally.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Manage multiple searches, priorities, and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, activity, and status updates in Bullhorn.
• Collaborate with recruiters, sales representatives, and leadership.
• Consistently work toward activity, submission, interview, placement, and revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Two or more years of agency recruiting or relevant financial-services experience is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience recruiting or working within banking, wealth management, investments, insurance, fintech, accounting, or finance is highly desirable.
• A history of meeting or exceeding KPIs, quotas, production goals, or revenue expectations.
• Strong phone, interviewing, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• The ability to understand specialized positions and communicate credibly with experienced professionals.
• Competitive drive, persistence, urgency, and personal accountability.
• The ability to accept coaching, apply feedback, and work independently.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, or comparable platforms is helpful.
