About the Role
In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple clients and filling positions across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, meets tight deadlines, and consistently delivers top talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding
- Handle high-volume requisitions across multiple client accounts
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and ATS systems
- Proactively source passive candidates
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure engagement and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 1+ year of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience strongly preferred)
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, and job boards
- Must be Bilingual English & Spanish
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
