About the Role

In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple clients and filling positions across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, meets tight deadlines, and consistently delivers top talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding
• Handle high-volume requisitions across multiple client accounts
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and ATS systems
• Proactively source passive candidates
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
• Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure engagement and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 1+ year of recruiting experience (staffing xhqgsiq agency experience strongly preferred)
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, and job boards
• Must be Bilingual English & Spanish
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
