Key Responsibilities for the Recruiter:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for CDL driver positions
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify transportation candidates
• Maintain active candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, and outreach
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and hiring documentation
• Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals and hiring timelines

Qualifications for the Recruiter:

• Prior experience recruiting CDL drivers is required
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting platforms
• Ability to work fully onsite in Dublin, Ohio
