We are searching for a Recruiting & Human Resources Lead that will ensure Heritage Properties consistently attracts, hires, and retains top talent across every division of the organization. The Recruiting & Human Resources Lead, will own the People function for Heritage Properties. The primary responsibility is to build and maintain a talent pipeline that gives the company a competitive advantage.
