Construction Field Project ManagerSERVPRO is looking for a Construction Field Project Manager!As a Reconstruction Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily on-site execution of residential and commercial reconstruction projects after a water, fire or mold loss. This role involves hiring and managing subcontractors, sourcing materials, managing the project budget, obtaining required permits, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Signing bonus if you have a valid general contractor license.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with homeowners or property managers after a water/fire/mold loss and create a scope of work to restore the property to its pre-loss conditionHire and manage subcontractors for carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other tasksConduct safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policiesApply for permits and coordinate inspectionsProvide written updates with pictures during or after every project visitManage subcontractor and material expenses to stay within budgetCommunicate effectively with home/business owners and internal team membersPosition Requirements8+ years experience as a construction project manager or comparable roleProven ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholdersAbility to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentProficient with desktop and mobile software in the construction industryPrior experience with DASH software is a plusPrior experience in the Restoration Industry is a plusStrong knowledge of OSHA and environmental standardsBenefits: Competitive compensation, superior benefits, career progression, professional development, and more!
