We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees. Reporting to the Senior People Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations and supporting a variety of administrative functions.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Important Notice: Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.Responsibilities:Greets visitors in a friendly and professional manner; determines their needs, notifies the person(s) being visited; responsible for reception area at all times.Coordinates substitutes/coverage with People Operations Manager during absences.Answers telephone calls promptly and courteously; screens calls, transfers caller to correct individual; takes complete and accurate messages, and distributes messages in a timely mannerActivates the answering machine at the end of the day and places the system on "night ring" mode.Checks the answering machine in the morning and retrieves messages to be delivered accordinglySorts incoming and outgoing mail, express envelopes, and courier packages to be distributed to employeesMaintains office supply cabinet, monitor inventory of supplies and orders accordinglyPerforms routine clerical functions as requestedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent GEDGreat time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the dayExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various task as requiredExperience with clerical procedures and prior receptionist experienceCompetency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
