We are seeking a well rounded real estate paralegal who has experience with both complex commercial and UHNW residential real estate transactions. It's a small team, so you have to be able to prioritize matters and work with the team at all stages of the transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal who enjoys working on deals that involve purchasing land for development.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex commercial real estate transactions from deal stage to close.
- Handle UHNW residential real estate transactions from inception to close.
- Work effectively as part of a small team.
- Manage deals that involve purchasing land for development.
Qualifications
- Must have 7 or more years of commercial real estate experience.
Required Skills
- Experience with complex commercial real estate transactions.
- Experience with UHNW residential real estate transactions.
- Ability to independently handle transactions from start to finish.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with real estate purchases for land development
