# Real Estate Asset Management and Investment AssociateHunt CompaniesAssociateReal EstateOn-siteLocationDenver, United StatesCompensation$120,000 - $150,000/yrDate PostedJuly 9, 2026Stay ahead of the marketGet instant notifications when new job openings matching "Real Estate / Associate jobs in Denver, United States" are published.## About This Role**Role Overview**Hunt Companies is hiring a Real Estate Asset Management and Investment Associate to join a team working across Hunt Real Estate platforms, gaining exposure to real estate and real-asset investments, operating platforms, and portfolio recapitalizations.**Key Responsibilities**- Conduct financial modeling to support underwriting and due diligence for new developments, acquisitions, and joint venture opportunities- Assist in preparing investment memoranda and participate in Investment Committee presentations- Prepare financial analyses of investment decisions and market/submarket research across the portfolio- Support the creation and execution of annual business plans for owned and managed investments; monitor operating performance- Prepare capital raising presentations and investor relations materials- Support the development team by sourcing and synthesizing market intelligence using AI research tools and data platforms**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Management, from a top-tier school- Minimum 2 years of related experience required; 4-6 years in real estate, real estate development, infrastructure, investment banking, lending, investment management, or CRE brokerage preferred- 2-3 years of Excel-based financial modeling and data analysis experience- Experience with multifamily transactions and operations preferred- Strong understanding of real estate financial analysis, modeling, and valuation- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve speed and quality of financial analysis and research**Compensation**Hiring range: $120,000 - $150,000/yr, exclusive of benefits, plus eligibility for a performance bonus.**Location**Denver, CO.Apply for this Position
