Cath Lab Tech
This is a dual cath/IR role. Shift is 4x10s with variable days of the week, including weekends. Variable start time. Schedules are posted in advance on the 15th of every month. Mandatory 4-5 on-call shifts per month. Daily caseload per tech includes 4 Angio suites and 2 ORs. Experience in neuro interventions such as strokes, coils, AVM's, and all diagnostic cerebral procedures is required. Cardiac responsibilities include STEMI and PCI procedures as well as diagnostic tests. Vascular duties comprise run-offs, TEVAR, EVAR, and body interventions including CVC, drains, and embolizations. Technicians will be responsible for accessing and managing ports, performing angioplasties and stenting, catheter exchanges, and other related tasks. Ability to float within the scope of practice to meet facility needs is required. Weekend coverage is mandatory, including on-call shifts. Pending state license acceptance is available. Candidates should have experience with the Epic charting system. References are required for consideration. Additional certifications and skills in special procedures are preferred.
