All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. First-time travelers accepted. 1 Year of Experience Preferred. Schedule: 4x10 Days. Call Required: 2 full weekends in a 6 week period and 9 weeknight. Certs: BLS, ARRT R, WA License. Floating required to First Hill Campus for regular shifts and call coverage. Unit Information REQUIRED: Y-90 - Chemo delivery, GI Bleeds, TPA Vein sampling, Phase 2 Recovery cryoablations. Please screen if clinician does not hold all of the requirements. 10 hour shifts: . Medication System: Pyxis. Documentation System: EPIC. PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Biopsies, GI, GU/Renal, Peripheral Vascular, Pulmonary, CT, Endovascular Lab, Stent Placement. 50/50% Inpatient/Outpatient.
