A healthcare organization in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Breast Imager to join its radiology team. This position offers a balanced schedule with flexibility, including some remote work opportunities, and focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered breast imaging services.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and perform a full range of breast imaging studies (mammography, ultrasound, MRI)
- Conduct image-guided breast procedures as needed
- Provide care at regional clinics when onsite procedures are required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive patient care
- Maintain a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and compassionate patient care
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, daytime hours
- No weekends or holidays
- Flexible schedule with potential for partial remote work
- Occasional travel to regional clinics for onsite procedures
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology (American Board of Radiology)
- Proficiency in all areas of breast imaging
- Fellowship training in breast imaging preferred, or equivalent experience dedicated to breast imaging
- Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- Ability to obtain required credentials and DEA certification
