Radiologist
CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas, is seeking BC/BE Radiologists to join its high-volume practice within a growing regional health system. This opportunity offers flexibility to specialize in Diagnostic Radiology, Breast Imaging, Musculoskeletal, or Interventional Radiology. The role provides a chance to contribute to a multi-site health system, including a main hospital, community hospital, outpatient facility, six satellite ERs, two breast centers, and a new cancer center opening in Fall 2026.

- Practice Setting: Multi-site health system spanning a main hospital, community hospital, outpatient facility, six satellite ERs, two breast centers, and a new cancer center opening Fall 2026
- Team Size: 6 radiologists currently; additional hires planned as volume grows
- EMR: EPIC — fully integrated across all locations
- Remote/Hybrid: Available for diagnostic reads; IR requires on-site presence. Applicable Remote States: AR, AZ, GA, LA, KY, MS, NM, NV, TX, and WV
- Call: Equitably shared rotation; nighthawk covers after-hours reads
- Coverage Sites: CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center — Main Hospital, Longview; Community Hospital — Marshall, TX; Six satellite Emergency facilities; Dedicated outpatient imaging facility; Two Breast Imaging Centers; New Cancer Center — opening Fall 2026
Compensation
- Competitive base salary and production bonuses (details provided during recruitment)

Shift & Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible; open to discussion)
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiology residency
- BC or BE in Diagnostic Radiology
- Subspecialty fellowship training a plus, not required
- Strong communication skills and commitment to team-based care
- Comfort rotating across modalities and sites
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship considered
