Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced radiographic and CT methodologies to procure high-resolution diagnostic images for examination by physicians
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and fellow healthcare professionals to achieve precise diagnoses
- Accurately position patients and fine-tune equipment to secure exceptional imaging results
- Implement radiation safety protocols to safeguard both patients and colleagues
- Keep comprehensive records, including imaging logs and equipment service history
- Deliver compassionate care and support to patients throughout the imaging process
- Foster a secure, organized, and effective imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Completion of an accredited radiology program is required
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is mandatory
- Active BLS certification or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Expertise in diagnostic imaging techniques and compliance with safety stipulations
- Strong communication skills that engage both patients and multi-disciplinary team members
