Data Intelligence Lead For Guest AppReporting to the Manager, Product Management and part of the lululemon Guest App team, you lead the gathering, reporting and development of the data insights we use to guide our development and gage our success for experiences on the Guest App (our customer-facing app).You partner closely with the app experience product managers and developers, analytics enablement teams, digital optimization, CRM and guest support partners to deliver a comprehensive, quantified view of mobile experiences. You understand industry tools that can best support competitive data and are able to evaluate and recommend solutions. You will create and clearly communicate your vision and goals for data intelligence and reflect this in a roadmap strategy and clear milestones and deliverables while fostering strong relationships across the organization to successfully meet your objectives.About This TeamThe lululemon Guest App team is responsible for delivering native app experiences that make interacting with the lululemon app a favorite ritual in our guests’ lives as their always on connection to lululemon wherever, whenever and however they choose.Core ResponsibilitiesYou are the subject-matter expert for all app-related data questions.You obsess over the health and performance of the app, report weekly on key leadership data requests and offer insights or hypotheses into anomalies.You are the go-to person for all app data-related questions, tackling ad hoc leadership questions and supporting the guest app product team to define and obtain foundational data to support roadmap planning.You drive app forecasting and data trend analyses.In the absence of straightforward answers, you leverage your toolset and partnerships to come up with directional data to guide app development strategy.When you don’t have an answer, you know where to find one.A Day In The LifeManage the holistic view of data and insights for our customer-facing app by:Defining the strategy behind what data is needed to measure the success of our customer app.Quantifying the estimated effort and benefit of proposed solutions to present a clear recommendation to stakeholders, including leadership.Identifying, analyzing, and making a business case for technologies that will help us to close gaps in our view of app performance including competitive landscape, and customer sentiment.Partnering with app architecture, product development teams and analytics specialists to effectively sequence analytics requests by balancing foundational needs, development efficiencies, and business value.Being the point person for all app data needs.Driving the automation of routine reports.Coordinating the development of data standards.Leveraging historical data and trends for ongoing forecasting.Having a perspective on how app performance indicators should differ from web.Collaborating with product teams with diverse range of skill sets, locations, and reporting relationships to deliver the best possible work.Communicating across the organization to ensure alignment and clarity of what is being tracked, why and what it all means.Who You ArePassionate about native, mobile apps and the evolving world of connected technologies – you can speak to the industry, exemplary experiences and imagine new ways of leveraging current and future technology capabilities3-5 years of data engineering or analytics experience; 1-3 years of product or project experience with customer-facing or customer service applications.Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university.Mobile-first, you have experience with native app development, ideally across iOS and Android and connected technologies.
