Your tasks
- Lead day-to-day quality operations, including inspection, testing, and auditing processes.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Facilitate internal and external audits and follow through on audit findings.
- Train and mentor team members on quality procedures, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams Production and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Prepare and present quality reports for management and stakeholders.
- Prepare work instructions when needed.
- Willing to learn and adapt to changes and other duties as required.
Your profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- 1+ years of leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols.
