Quality InspectorThe Quality Inspector is responsible for monitoring and inspecting Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and X-ray equipment to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to IPC guidelines.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-process inspections by frequently examining the visual attributes of each product, such as discoloration, shorts, burns, contamination sinks, splay, and delamination.Record data related to products or performance as necessary for management.Maintain a clean work area, including sweeping floors, picking up stray molded parts, and cleaning molding presses and any oil or water spills.Operate AOI, SPI, and X-ray equipment to detect defects such as soldering issues and misaligned components.Sort and rework products that do not meet customer requirements, ensuring proper documentation and labeling to identify the status of non-conforming products.Essential SkillsExperience in inspection and quality control.Knowledge of PC board and IPC 610 standards.Ability to inspect PC board components using a microscope.Additional Skills & QualificationsPosition is temp to hire.Available for all shifts as the site is ramping up.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic work environment that values high-quality standards and offers opportunities for growth and development.
