Quality Engineer Opportunity | Memphis, TNWe are seeking a Quality Engineer to support new product launches and drive continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on implementing quality standards, managing corrective actions, and partnering cross-functionalally to ensure high-quality production and customer satisfaction.What You'll DoLead quality planning for new product introductions using APQP methodologiesSupport quoting and process design from a quality perspectiveDevelop inspection processes, control plans, and documentationInvestigate customer and supplier discrepancies and drive corrective actions (8D, RCA)Partner with suppliers on quality improvements and auditsImplement and maintain ISO and quality system requirementsAnalyze data using SPC and other quality tools to improve processesSupport training initiatives related to quality standards and practicesWork cross-functionally with engineering, production, and customersSupervise quality technicians and inspectorsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Engineering (Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial, or similar)5+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing (electronics preferred)Experience with core quality tools (PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D, SPC, Lean/Six Sigma, etc.)Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skillsExperience with ISO standards and auditsLeadership or supervisory experience is a plusEnvironmentManufacturing setting with cross-functional collaborationHands-on role supporting production, suppliers, and customersJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.27 - $45.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
