Intro

An established pharmaceutical company specializing in sterile injectables is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor. This role will directly supervise a team of analysts in the testing and release of products.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internal and regulatory audits and ensure all operations and staff are adhering for compliance under proper protocols, including full FDA and cGMP.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, and FTIR.
• Manage schedules, timelines and workload across all sites and teams, monitor and report weekly KPIs, and develop and run trainings.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working in a pharma GMP laboratory environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience. xhqgsiq
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Microbiology, or related field.
