Lead and develop a team of quality engineers; Tackle complex quality problems using quality tools, requiring analysis and judgment, selecting methods, evaluating variables, and contributing to improved decision making for the organization. Drive cultural change and build cross-functional networks for embedding a positive quality ethos across the organization.
Bachelor's in a technical discipline plus 7+ years of related experience.
Strong engineering foundations, including structured problem-solving, and the ability to identify and resolve technical and organizational problems.
A track record of producing high-quality work that measurably impacts the business.
130,000-150,000 base salary, plus bonus and a strong benefits plan. Some relocation assistance can be offered for an exceptional match.
