Purchasing BuyerOAI + Rainier by The Look Company, is a manufacturing organization with a long, established history. We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Buyer to manage end-to-end procurement activities and support production across multiple business units. This role ensures timely, cost-effective purchasing while maintaining supplier quality and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesManage purchasing processes: requisitions, purchase orders, confirmations, and deliveriesSource, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and termsPartner with operations to align purchasing with production schedules and forecastsMonitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong vendor relationshipsSupport inventory management and cost-reduction initiativesCoordinate with internal teams and accounting to ensure accurate purchasing records and paymentsIdentify supply chain risks and drive continuous improvement in procurement processesQualifications3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience (manufacturing preferred)Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skillsExperience with ERP systems (Epicor a plus) and MS OfficeAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesKnowledge of inventory management, production planning, or demand forecasting preferredCompensation The full pay range for this position is $30.00 – $38.00 per hour.
