The right candidate will bid on new projects, maintain scopes of work, track blueprints and design changes, etc.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Solicit bidsPre-qualify subcontractorsSetup and monitor option costs and sales pricesMaintain and update current budgetsSpread revised bids and obtain approval for any price increasesPrepare direct costs analysis and variances for reviewInput original Direct Costs budgetExecute lot starts and final proof all unit costsInvoice adjustmentsPurchase order review and updatesPermittingPreparing plans for constructionAbility to work in office full timeTeamwork and ability to adapt are essentialOther duties as assignedQualifications:Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree (B.
