This role involves operating machinery, following production specifications, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to workplace safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate punch presses and other department machineryProduce metal parts according to specificationsWash or oil parts as neededFollow work instructions and safety proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaRequirementsPrevious punch press experience preferredAbility to follow directions and work independently or as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and hardworkingGood communication skillsComfortable working in a manufacturing environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout the shiftAbility to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
