South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a PTA to join our collaborative rehab team serving skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities across Hawaii. In this role, you will implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed PT, focusing on maximizing functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
Responsibilities include therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, patient and family education, accurate documentation, and close communication with the interdisciplinary care team.
