Description
  • Conduct evaluations for patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and craft personalized treatment plans
  • Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

  • Guide patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge strategies, and necessary home exercises
  • Maintain detailed records of evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with facility policies and regulations
  • Engage in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to ensure unified care delivery
Education
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution
Certifications
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR certification is preferred
  • Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous, yet not mandatory
Skills
