About the job Psychiatric Registered Nurse
Psychiatric Registered Nurses are needed for night shifts to provide lasting recovery to individuals and families who are suffering from an eating disorder or are experiencing mood, anxiety or trauma-related disorders. Provide expert behavioral health and medical treatment for eating disorders and mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorder s in an environment of compassion, competence, collaboration, innovation, and integrity.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a Behavioral Health setting
- Acute care experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Job Description:

- Perform a full range of psychiatric nursing services including planning, administering and evaluating patient care in accordance with treatment plans
- Conduct and document a thorough assessment of patients medical statu s upon admission and throughout the patients course of treatment
- Administer medical treatment as prescribed by the physician
- Attend and participate in clinical team conferences regarding patient progress, and problems
- Assist in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan f or each assigned patient
- Demonstrated skill in the delivery of patient care as a member of the therapeutic team
- Skill in implementing appropriate nursing intervention s on a consistent basis

Pay Structure:
- New Grads: $36 - New hire out of school. Does not have on-the-job experience. Has not yet acquired skills and knowledge in many areas of responsibility
- Entry Level: $37-$38 - Has 1-3 years' experience working as an RN. Acquired basic experience, skills and knowledge but will refer more complex issues to higher level/more experienced staff
- Moderate Experience: $39-$40.75 - 2-4 years of experience as an RN performing essential functions of the role
- Fully Experienced: $41 - $44.25 - Has at least 4 years of consistent experience performing the essential functions of the role and can hit the ground running with this position
