The successful candidate will support the development of proposals and marketing materials.

It's an ideal opportunity for someone eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.As Proposal Coordinator, you will be an integral member of a team involved with:Developing proposals and qualifications, including technical writing, editing, and proofreadingInterpreting RFP requirements and researching background materialsCoordinating preparation and application of industry award pursuitsLiaising with marketing staff in our other officesMaintaining our database of proposal pursuits and projectsLearning our project and client portfolio.Please note this is NOT a Digital Marketing or Graphics Design focused positionQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesignExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work as part of a team on concurrent, deadline-driven projectsDesired QualificationsWorking knowledge of the Architectural/Engineering/Construction community in SeattleExceptional skills in writing and editing proposals and related marketing documentsUnanet database experienceFamiliarity with benchmark proposal process (e.g., APMP/SMPS/Shipley Associates)Additional InformationPhysical Demands:Duties are primarily conducted in a standard office setting, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer table.Occasionally may be required to lift objects weighing up to 15 lbs.Travelling to project sites and performing field observations which may involve walking, standing, kneeling, or navigating uneven terrain.Compensation:The expected range for a qualified candidate is $28.00 - $32.00 hourly.Benefits provided by KPFF include:Subsidized ORCA bus/rail passPaid holidays during your internshipPaid sick and mental health timeUse of in-office bike storage and lockersUse of in-building gym and locker roomsAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
