- Earning the trust, confidence and respect of clients
- Providing clients with updates
- Communicating with insurance companies regarding status of claims, demands and offers
- Attending hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations
- Full-time availability
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- First Party Property Damage experience (preferred)
- Membership of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Experience in evaluating claims
- Superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
