Simpson Housing LLLP is seeking a Property Accountant to support our multifamily apartment portfolio. In this role, you will prepare monthly property-level financial statements, manage general ledger activity, and ensure accurate accounts payable/receivable processing. You will complete reconciliations, CAM and tax reconciliations, and assist with annual budgets and forecasts.
The Property Accountant partners closely with property management and operations teams, providing variance analysis, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance with GAAP and company policies in a professional, resident-focused environment.
