Simpson Housing LLLP seeks a Property Accountant to support our multifamily apartment portfolio. In this role, you will manage property-level accounting, including general ledger maintenance, AP/AR processing, and cash activity. You will prepare monthly financial statements, perform variance analysis, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and complete reconciliations and CAM true-ups.
Partner closely with operations to explain results and support decisions while ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies in a professional, resident-focused culture with strong growth opportunities.
