Project SuperintendentThe Project Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing crews, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Key responsibilities include supervising and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and standards, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports for stakeholders, implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures on site, conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential issues, and managing project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion of tasks.Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry is required. Strong knowledge of traffic, construction, roadway, and infrastructure projects is necessary.
Experience with traffic signal systems, roadway lighting, and signing is highly desired. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is required.
