We’re partnering with a well-established commercial construction firm to identify a Commercial Project Manager for projects across the Seattle market. This is a strong opportunity for a PM looking for stability, project variety, and long-term growth with a respected builder.
The Role
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyouts, and change management
- Work closely with Superintendents to drive schedule, quality, and safety
- Act as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and consultants
- Lead project meetings and proactively resolve project challenges
Project Profile
- Ground-up and renovation commercial projects
- Office, mixed-use, healthcare, education, retail, and light industrial
- Typical project sizes ranging from $5M–$50M+
Ideal Background
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, contracts, and procurement
- Proven ability to manage multiple scopes and stakeholders
- Experience delivering projects in active or occupied environments is a plus
