Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee asphalt paving projects ranging from heavy highway and roadway work to commercial paving projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of asphalt paving projects, including heavy highways, roadways, and commercial pavingCoordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controlReview plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate executionOversee subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure productivity and qualityMonitor project progress and proactively resolve issues related to scope, schedule, or costEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specificationsPrepare and track project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and reportsCommunicate effectively with owners, inspectors, engineers, and internal teamsQualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager on asphalt paving projectsStrong background in heavy highway, roadway, and commercial paving workSolid understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost controlAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPreferred (Plus) ExperienceExperience with grading, site work, and/or structural construction is a plusEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent field experience)Minimum of several years of relevant project management experience in asphalt paving or heavy civil constructionInterested candidates may apply by sending an updated resume to this ad.
