Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee solar projects in Rockville, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, engineering, and renewable energy, with a focus on solar PV project management.
Base Pay Range
$115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage solar PV projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate and oversee permitting, interconnection, site development, and EPC processes.
- Utilize project management tools such as Procore, NetSuite, Salesforce, MS Project, and Bluebeam to track project progress and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project alignment and compliance.
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV project management or preconstruction.
- In-depth understanding of permitting, interconnection, site development, and EPC processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, NetSuite, Salesforce, MS Project, Bluebeam).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- NABCEP PVIP certification preferred.
