Project ManagerA growing general contractor is seeking a Project Manager (Level I or II) to lead commercial construction projects with a strong focus on healthcare projects.This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations are met. The ideal candidate has experience working in healthcare or similar regulated environments and can manage multiple stakeholders in active jobsite conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and maintain detailed project schedulesOversee project budgets, cost tracking, and financial performanceLead subcontractor buyout, scope writing, and contract executionManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationCoordinate closely with Superintendents and field teamsCommunicate with owners, consultants, and internal leadershipMonitor project progress and resolve issues proactivelyEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetRequirements3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (Level I or II)Experience in healthcare construction required (or similar regulated environments)Background in commercial construction projects from start to finishStrong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor managementAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projectsProficiency with construction software and Microsoft OfficeDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Compensation & BenefitsBonus potentialMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and PTOLong-term growth within a stable healthcare project pipeline
