Large Loss Project ManagerThe Large Loss Project Manager we need is a self-confident, outgoing, and fast moving professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. If you possess an entrepreneurial spirit, are comfortable making decisions when risks are present, and can influence customers and team members with your persuasive style - keep reading!As a Large Loss Project Manager, you will work with Business or Residential Owners and sub-contractors after disasters such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. You will oversee all aspects of the reconstruction and renovation process from intake to completion.

In this role, you will work directly with homeowners, commercial property owners, project coordinators, sub-contractors, and technicians while maintaining the highest levels of customer service. This position involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, collections, and ensuring that project deadlines are met.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer serviceOperates in compliance with all company processes, policies, better business practices, and in accordance with the laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which the company operatesCommunicates openly when scheduling and working alongside our Foremen, In-House Tradesmen, Estimators, and Project Coordinators throughout the project.Partner with a Project Coordinator to ensure that all paperwork relative to the restoration project are completed on time.Maintain open communication with insurance providers and property ownersReview all estimates pertaining to the restoration portion of the assigned jobsEnsures project is completed within budgetMeet operational goals of Sales, Gross Margin, Job Closings, and Net Promoter ScoreTrack metrics during bi-weekly goal setting and review meetingsConfirm budget and work orders before the start of the projectBuild partnerships to improve performance with industry partnersMaintain good relationships with trade partners and vendorsAssessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assignedInterdepartmental communicationManaging a wide range of projects from $100,000 – $1,000,000Qualifications:7+ years of residential/commercial construction management experienceBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experienceValid driver's license with a good driving recordExperience in managing multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skillsStrong verbal and written communication and organization skillsPositive, can-do attitudeTeam playerStrong time management skillsExtremely organizedJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftWork Location: In person
