Project ManagerPay Rate: $50-70/HR Hours: M-F 8-5 pm (support global team) may need to be flexible to accommodate Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: Hybrid- Tuesday Thursday in office Location: Richardson, TX Assignment Duration: 3 MonthsResource's typical working day:Leading projects such as security and infrastructure as well as on the construction sideLeading from chick off to high level milestone trackingWorking with the global teamsProvide weekly status updates to stakeholdersBudgets will have already been approved and not a part of this project manager role.Leads project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals. Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed.Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated. Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines.
Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines.Years of Experience needed: 5+ Years of experience is required they must have lead IT projects in the pastLevel of Education: Bachelor's Degree is required Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft office suite is required Certifications/Licenses: n/aTop Nice to have Skills: Service now, MS suite, and PowerBI would be preferredInterview Process: One interview
