Project ManagerA design firm that specializes in architecture, interiors, engineering, and planning is seeking a Project Manager to help them lead projects throughout all phases including design, documentation, plan check and construction administration at their Portland, OR office.Your Day IncludesOversee and lead all phases of project development, including design/construction documentation, plan check, and construction administrationManage architectural support team and coordination of consultantsReview design/construction documentation for completeness, code compliance, and quality assurancePlay a key external role including meeting with Clients, Superintendents, and Board Members while leading all planning, construction and agency meetingsDevelop fee proposals, project schedules, work plans, and conceptual cost estimatesMust HavesLicense and degree in Architecture8+ years' experience (with at least 3+ years' experience in similar PM role)Familiarity with Revit and proficiency with Microsoft Office productsExperience working on Healthcare projectsIn addition to offering a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package, we also provide professional development support and opportunities to grow within a collaborative, innovation-driven firm.If you have the necessary qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
