Business ManagerTo successfully support the organization’s growth, SCHIE is seeking a self-starting Business Manager who is responsible for leading business operations in several areas including Learning and Development and University Relations & Engagement. This role involves strategic planning to align org objectives with org health, partnering with people from various orgs at all levels to implement plans, and instituting business procedures to meet the company's goals for growth and accelerate employee development, performance, and impact. We are seeking a top talent employee who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment to develop and grow our organization’s capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong management and collaboration skills to partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, business managers, communications, HR, Finance, University Relations, and other orgs to create, launch and run the SCHIE objectives. This position will lead the vision of this program with some supervision and create the business rhythms, infrastructure, and partnerships across functions to achieve our goals.
