Project ManagerThe Project Manager will serve as the owner's advocate and project leader, to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The company partners with third-party general contractors to build their developments, and this role will act as the daily eyes and ears for the ownership team, protecting the company's investment and ensuring project execution aligns with development goals.
Key responsibilities include oversight across preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution, while maintaining strong communication between ownership, contractors, and consultants.
