This role requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage project financials, timelines, and deliverables from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients throughout the project lifecycleOversee project profitability, budgeting, tracking, and strategic planningEstablish project timelines and ensure best practices are implemented on every jobManage change orders proactively and ensure timely invoicingCommunicate project priorities clearly to internal Operations teamsMaintain accurate project documentation and version controlCoordinate and direct material staging, equipment deliveries, and job start logisticsQualifications & Skills for SuccessStrong relationship-building skills with clients, vendors, and partnersExceptional attention to detail and organizational abilityAbility to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholdersExcellent communication and customer service skillsProven analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasksProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Proficiency in construction software systems (Knowify experience proffered)Previous construction project management experience preferredCommitment to core values such as humility, collaboration, honesty, and big-picture thinking
