This individual will oversee project planning, execution, budget management, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and successful delivery from initiation through go-live.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementationsDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resourcesCoordinate cross-functional teams and implementation partnersManage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change controlFacilitate stakeholder and executive communicationsEnsure project delivery aligns with business objectivesOversee testing, deployment, and cutover activitiesDrive organizational change management and user adoptionManage vendor relationships and implementation partnersCreate project status reports and executive presentationsEnsure compliance, documentation, and operational readiness activities are completed successfullyQualifications7+ years of Project Management experienceProven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM or similar enterprise CRM solutionsStrong budget, schedule, and resource management skillsExperience leading complex stakeholder environmentsPMP Certification preferredUtility, energy, public sector, or regulated industry experience preferredPreferred SkillsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Customer ServicePower Platform CRM Transformation ProgramsContact Center ImplementationsAgile and Hybrid Project Delivery
