Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee glazing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, general contractors, architects, vendors, and field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage glazing projects, including storefronts, curtain walls, glass doors, windows, and related systems.
- Coordinate project schedules, material orders, deliveries, and field installations.
- Review plans, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals.
- Communicate with general contractors, clients, suppliers, and installation teams.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, labor, and overall progress.
- Resolve project issues and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Track change orders, RFIs, project documentation, and closeout requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management within the glazing, glass, or commercial construction industry preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
