G&E Partners is partnering with a highly respected, well-established General Contractor in South Florida, recognised for delivering some of the region's most prestigious luxury high-rise residential and multifamily developments.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their South Florida team, working on a landmark, high-value luxury residential project.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading General Contractor with a strong pipeline of major developments across South Florida.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a complex, large-scale high-rise residential project, overseeing project operations, financial performance, subcontractor coordination and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects and ownership teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards and financial performance.
• Identify and resolve project challenges to ensure successful delivery.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a reputable General Contractor.
• Strong background in high-rise residential, luxury condominium or large-scale multifamily construction .
• Experience managing complex, multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling and subcontractor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to South Florida. xhqgsiq
