A growing GC and Construction Management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex projects from startup through closeout. The role owns budget, schedule, contracts, risk, quality, stakeholder coordination, and overall project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams, field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors against the project schedule.
- Manage owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, insurance requirements, change orders, and document control.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, requisitions, lien releases, financial reporting, and cash flow.
- Coordinate procurement, trade buyout, scopes of work, project logs, safety planning, and mobilization.
- Run project meetings and maintain clear communication with owners, architects, consultants, and authorities.
- Drive closeout, including punch lists, utility transfers, owner training, warranties, as-builts, and final documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of commercial construction Project Manager experience with independent project ownership from ground-up.
- Experience on at least one project valued at $100 million+.
- Strong background in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, cost control, contracts, field coordination, and closeout.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction scheduling or project management software.
- Clear communication, sound judgment, collaborative leadership, and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to safely navigate active construction sites and typical field conditions.
