Project ManagerThe Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing reconstruction projects from initial assessment through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards, often following property damage caused by events such as fire, water, storms, or other disasters.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of reconstruction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executionConduct site assessments and develop scopes of work based on damage evaluationsCoordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teamsPrepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost controlsSchedule and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor crewsEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standardsMonitor project progress and provide regular status updatesHandle permits, inspections, and required documentationResolve issues, delays, or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycleEnsure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction throughout the projectQualifications3–7+ years of experience in construction or reconstruction project managementExperience in restoration/reconstruction (fire, water, storm damage) is highly desirableStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codesFamiliarity with insurance claims processes is a plusProficiency in project management and estimating software (e.g., Xactimate, Symbility)Experience using CRM systems for client and project trackingValid driver's licenseSkills & CompetenciesExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesEffective communication and negotiation skillsProblem-solving and decision-making under pressureAttention to detail and commitment to qualityFinancial and budget management skillsWork EnvironmentCombination of office work and on-site project supervisionMay involve exposure to active construction sites and varying weather conditionsOccasional after-hours or emergency response work may be requiredCompensationCompetitive salary based on experienceBonus opportunities based on project performanceBenefits include health insurance, paid time off, 401k, and company vehicle
