Project ManagerThe Project Manager will play a key role on our MarTech Data and Analytics team in our journey to become a data-led organization. This person will be an advocate for project management across the organization and key in enabling business leaders and teams to the possibilities of new insights and ideas through data. This position will work extensively with business units, project stakeholders, and technology team members to define, implement, sustain and leverage our data ecosystem across our programs.We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual who is excited about delivering data-driven capabilities to meet lululemon’s growing insights, analytics and intelligence capabilities leveraging the best-in-class industry proven solutions.

This individual must have a track record of working in a collaborative environment and should take pride in evolving the entire organization to create the future data technology platform for growth. This person should have experience in retail and a background in project management in analytics.A day in the life:Plan, manage, and monitor medium to large projects with complex scope, multiple workstreams and interdependencies.Drive work to completion and effectively manage and report on scope, risks and issues, budget and timelinesDevelop relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet timeline and business objectives.Ensure all project tasks are clearly understood, assigned and tracked.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in IT, Program Management, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent.At least 3+ years’ experience in a project management role in Big Data, data warehousing, data science, insight, intelligence and analytics solutionsExperience working in a project/product matrixed organization at a major retailerAbility to successfully manage priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organizationPMP certification considered an asset.Demonstrated ability to build constructive business and IT relationships and gain the trust of others in a cross-functional environment.Proven ability to meet deadlines and operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency.Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentation.  Must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms.Experience leading agile teams or leading an agile transformation is desired.Must haves:Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
