We are building the infrastructure needed for the future of broadband and enabling last-mile fiber to become the standard everywhere.Role SummaryThe Project Manager (Market Readiness) leads the planning and development of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployments. This role focuses on feasibility, estimating, design coordination, permitting, and construction readiness to ensure projects are fully prepared for successful execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead pre-construction planning for FTTH deployments across assigned marketsCoordinate engineering and design to ensure complete, accurate, and constructible OSP designsManage permitting strategy and approvals with local jurisdictions and utilitiesSupport contractor and vendor selection and scope alignmentBuild and maintain project schedules and milestone trackingIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies prior to constructionEnsure full construction readiness (designs, permits, materials, contractors)Lead project handoff to construction teamsProvide regular updates to internal and external stakeholdersQualifications5+ years of experience in telecommunications or utility infrastructureExperience in FTTH planning, permitting, and estimating preferredStrong knowledge of OSP construction methods (aerial and underground)Familiarity with municipal permitting and right-of-way coordinationStrong financial, analytical, and project management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and mapping toolsValid driver's license
